We require you to have a shopping account first (we do this to prevent harassment of our Partners). Once signed in, you can send a message, which will kick off an email thread between you and the partner.
What is Explore Local?
Explore Local is our way to show you only products, services, or nonprofits available in your area (the one attributed to your location at the top). Change your location any time at the top of the page. If we don't have any local results, you'll be shown content that is available anywhere in the US- like products, remote services, or national nonprofits.
Why do you need my location?
Our platform is designed to show you products, services, and nonprofits in your community. If you opt out of our location services, we still use an approximate location to provide these results. If you'd like more information regarding location and privacy, please view our Privacy Policy.
How do you vet the partners on this platform?
We have all our partners sign a Code of Conduct, which includes pledges to never discriminate or intentionally harm our community. Humans (not algorithms) review all their profile information and conduct periodic check-ins to ensure they meet our behavioral standards. If you have an incident with a vendor on our platform, please use the Contact Us form to report any harassment.
