How do I pick pictures for my card and my profile?
We have a cheat sheet to help you out. You can see your card in real time as you build it, and you can edit your profile as long as you have an active account- you can tinker with different pictures. We recommend just keeping images clear and following our sizing guide on the cheat sheet!
What image sizes should my pictures be?
Check out this recommendation to help guide you. You can take any photo and edit the size in the Preview app on a Mac. Crop by drawing the rectangle (or holding down the shift key for squares), and pressing command+k. Adjust the size of images by following the menu to Tools> Adjust Size.
How does your search algorithm work?
We utilize location services (see policy) and we match keyword searches to deliver service providers within a local area. So we pull your profession name, your tagline, and all your keyowrds. We specifically left your About Me section out of our search so that you can be authentic without pressure.
How long does onboarding take?
Once you check out our cheat sheet and identify the images you want to upload, the process should take no more than 30 minutes. It is intentionally simple, and you can edit details after being approved.
Why do I have to upload a face pic?
At Proudly.Market, we require a face picture in your profile to foster an inclusive community where businesses can connect personally with customers. This showcases the person behind the brand, creating authenticity and building trust. Your face picture is a powerful tool to highlight what makes your business unique and positively impact our LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
We cover the first month, but billing begins on the date you finished onboarding and subsequently on that date each month until you either pause or cancel your service.
Can I cancel at any time?
We will be sorry to see you leave us, but yes you can cancel at any time. Please note you will be charged for the full 30 days, but will not be billed after in the subsequent month. If you'd like to keep your profile, maybe pausing your subscription is a better plan. We won't bill you in subsequent months when you pause, and you can resume any time to be searchable again!
